Why should I sign up for MPG Loyalty?
MPG Loyalty is a free and easy-to-use rewards program that saves you money at the fuel pump and on in-store items. You earn rewards for purchases at participating Essential One, Petro One, and Petro Express locations. Members earn with:

• Every fill-up with fuel at participating Essential One, Petro One, and Petro Express locations.
• Purchases of qualifying in-store products at participating Essential One, Petro One, and Petro Express locations.
• Other promotions and events (specials, giveaways, etc.).

How Does MPG Loyalty Work?

Who can sign up for MPG Loyalty?
MPG Loyalty is open to legal residents of the United States that are 13 years of age or older with a valid mobile phone number. MPG Loyalty is not targeted toward or intended to be used by anyone under the age of 13. For customers under the age of 18, you are required to have your parent or legal guardian’s permission to participate in MPG Loyalty. If we learn that Personal Information of persons under 13 years of age has been collected through the app without verified parental consent, then we will take the appropriate steps to delete this information.

How do I sign up for MPG Loyalty and start earning rewards?
To enroll, you need to create an account by logging into MPG Loyalty at mpgrewards.myguestaccount.com for a virtual card or downloading the MPG Loyalty app. In order to redeem rewards, you will need to complete your profile on the website at mpgrewards.myguestaccount.com or through the app.

You will be required to enter in your first name, last name, postal code, date of birth, mobile phone number, and email address.

How do I earn MPG Loyalty rewards at the fuel pump?
To enter your MPG Loyalty ID (which is your mobile phone number) at the fuel pump, first choose “Enter Loyalty ID Number”, then enter your mobile phone number (each station's prompts may vary). During each fueling transaction, you will earn 5 points for every 1 gallon of fuel purchased at participating Essential One, Petro One, and Petro Express locations.

How do I earn MPG Loyalty rewards inside the store?
To earn MPG Loyalty rewards inside the store, inform the cashier that you’re an MPG Loyalty Rewards member. When prompted, enter your mobile phone number on the pin pad or provide your mobile phone number to the cashier.

You earn 10 points per dollar spent inside the store. You can also earn Club Rewards on purchases of qualifying items. The best place for this information is logging onto the MPG Loyalty app and then visiting a participating Essential One, Petro One, or Petro Express location. There are lots of ways to earn rewards!

How do I spend my MPG Loyalty points at the fuel pump?
First, you need to log into the app and redeem your MPG rewards voucher. You can select a reward to redeem based on how many MPG Loyalty points that you have earned. Once you have made a voucher selection, the voucher amount will be tied to your mobile phone number.

Second, go to a participating Essential One, Petro One, or Petro Express location fuel pump. If you have questions about a particular location, ask your customer service representative for assistance.

How do I spend my MPG Loyalty rewards at the fuel pump or inside the store?
First, you need to log into the app and select your rewards voucher. You can select rewards based on how many MPG Loyalty rewards that you have earned. Once you have made a voucher selection, the voucher amount will be tied to your mobile phone number.

Second, to pay for your fuel purchase, inform the cashier that you redeemed an MPG Loyalty rewards voucher through the app. When prompted, enter your mobile phone number on the pin pad or provide your mobile phone number to the cashier. Be sure to indicate that you want to use your MPG Loyalty reward voucher.

How do I see the items that I can purchase to earn Club Rewards?
You can view current items that you can purchase to earn Club Rewards on the app. You will earn Club Rewards only on items advertised as a qualifying item. Not all items will qualify for Club Rewards.

Do my MPG Loyalty Rewards expire?
No, your points never expire unless you choose to deactivate your account or if Petro 49 changes or ends the program.

What is considered activity?
Making a purchase as a member using your mobile phone number at any participating Essential One, Petro One, and Petro Express location is considered activity.

Managing My Account

What is my MPG Loyalty ID?
Your MPG Loyalty ID is the mobile phone number associated with your account.

Is there a plastic card option?
No, MPG Loyalty does not offer a plastic rewards card.

Can I link my credit card?
Credit cards cannot be linked to the MPG Loyalty Program.

I didn’t receive the correct MPG rewards amount. What can I do?
Please contact MPG Loyalty Support at 1-800-478-7586 or take a clear photo of your receipt and email it to loyalty@petro49.com. Be sure to include your mobile phone number to identify the correct account. The MPG Loyalty Support team will review and apply your points or contact you for additional information.

How do I update my account information?
You can edit your account information at mpgrewards.myguestaccount.com or in the app.

How do I change my Communication Preferences?

Push Notifications: You can update your settings on your mobile device or deactivate the app.

Can I have multiple phone numbers associated with my account?
Only one mobile phone number can be associated with each MPG Loyalty account.

Can I use a landline as my phone number?
No, landlines cannot be used as the account number for MPG Loyalty. Please only enter in mobile phone numbers to earn and redeem MPG Rewards. If you use a landline as your MPG loyalty account number, then you will not be able to redeem your rewards.

Can I share my MPG loyalty account?
We recommend one unique user per mobile phone number.
